What kind of cases do you handle?

We provide expert legal advice about United States immigration law and legal representation for your immigration and visa needs. We have special expertise in work visas, family based visas, green cards through family and employment.

Where are you located?

We are located at 10268 Bandley Drive, Suite 101, Cupertino, CA 95014, right next to Apple Computer.

If I am located outside of California, will your firm still help me?

Absolutely.  Immigration law is strictly federal in nature and that means it is basically the same across the country. A lawyer in one state is practicing under the same system as in every other state.  As a result, we regularly handle cases for clients throughout the United States and around the world.

What are your office hours?

Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. 

Do you charge for initial consultation?

Yes, we charge $50 for your first 30 minutes consultation. However, we will credit you the consultation fee if you choose to have our firm handle your case within 5 business days of your consultation.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, wire transfers, but no credit cards.

Can someone from your office speak at my organization?

Yes. We would love to participate educational or business programs in the community.
