Work Experience Evaluation
Work Experience Evaluation includes individual's education and professional experience in accordance with the “Three (3 years of significant and broad professional work experience)-for-One (1 year academic achievement)” rule implemented by USCIS. [8CFR214.2(h)(4)(iii)(DX)(5).]

Expert Opinion Letters
Authenticated Expert Opinion Letters (completed by distinguished authorities in a given field) could be used as the proof and definition of a specialty occupation for responding to RFE's, or for any other cases that require the opinion of an expert in the field.

Prevailing Wage Reports
When applying for LCA, or PERM, the Prevailing Wage Reports are submitted to show how the wage for a certain position is computed.

Job Descriptions Composition
Compose the duties for a certain position, including evaluating past work experience and drafting the duties and requirements for the position offered, according to the special requirements of Department of Labor (DOL) and USCIS.

Turnaround Time for Service
1. 10 working days (excluding time for express delivery) from the day after receiving the client’s payment and documents.
